Sony Electronics' Information Technologies Marketing Division, San Jose, Calif., consolidated its $20 million to $30 million PC and peripherals account at Y&R Advertising, San Francisco. The shift wasn't a surprise; Y&R had been seen as a contender since the agency's New York office won Sony Electronics' $50 million consumer electronics account last October. Citron Haligman Bedecarre, San Francisco, had the tech account. The division's direct sales arm moved to Y&R sister shop Wunderman
Cato Johnson, San Francisco; former direct shop Cohn & Wells will handle e-commerce projects.
