Spaghetti Warehouse restructures

Spaghetti Warehouse, Garland, Texas, Wednesday announced a corporate restructuring plan through which the company will take a $13.9 million pre-tax charge in the third quarter ending March 31, 1996. The company will also open Cappellini's and Spaghetti Warehouse Italian Grill as part of its agenda to become a multi-concept operator. Additional plans involve the closing of seven of the company's 37 stores, including those in Hartford, Conn.; Providence, R.I.; Buffalo, N.Y.; Rochester, N.Y.; Columbia, S.C.; Greenville, S.C.; and Little Rock, Ark.
