Spanish portals appoint agencies for launch campaigns

MADRID--Grupo Prisa, Spain's second-largest communications group,has appointed Madrid independent agency Zamorano Asociados to handle an $18 million advertising campaign for the launch of Internet portal Inicia.

Meanwhile, La Banda de Agustin Medina, part of Interpublic Group of Cos., has won the launch account for French company Jet Multimedia's launch of Iber Explorer in Spain.
