Specialty Brands, Riverside, Calif., a food service company now moving into consumer products with a line of frozen Mexican foods called Jose Ole, has begun a search for an agency. Initial budget for a regional rollout is $3.6 million, but is expected to become national with bigger billings later. Select Resources International, West Hollywood, which is handling the review, said the client would consider West Coast, Midwest and Southwest agencies. A decision is expected in early May.
