Ralston Foods will introduce Spider-Man brand cereal in August. Cereal pieces are rice-shaped webs accented by four marshmallow shapes representing symbols from Spider-Man's world. D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, St. Louis, is the agency. Ads will debut in October in TV and print as well as through in-store displays and FSIs.
