Eleven major international marketers, including Coca-Cola Co., General Motors, Mars, MasterCard and McDonald's Corp., will be featured together in a TV, cinema and outdoor campaign that will break in the U.K. Friday and later around the world. The campaign supports EURO 96, the 16-nation soccer championship to be staged in the U.K. in June. ISL Worldwide, the Lucerne-based sports marketing company partly owned by Dentsu, commissioned the multimillion-dollar campaign from Dentsu Worldwide's CDP, London. The campaign uses the slogan, "The game isn't the game without its supporters." In the TV/cinema commercial, shot in Rome, each sponsor has its own vignette lasting between three and five seconds.
