Philips Oral Healthcare breaks a 30-second ad today for super-premium-priced Sonicare Elite, the brand's first new product in 10 years. The ad also marks the first work for the brand by Publicis Groupe's Leo Burnett USA, Chicago, after taking over earlier this year from defunct sibling D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, New York. Spending was not disclosed.
