Walter Thompson USA, San Francisco. The card will be sold in Circle K stores as well as KwikShop, TimeSaver, WaWa and more than 700 college bookstores.
Consumers using automated teller machines from EDS may purchase a card through the ATM, with the amount deducted from the customer's account. As part of a promotional effort, General Mills will place 10 million free 5-minute phone cards in boxes of its Basic 4, Raisin Nut Bran, Oatmeal Crisp Apple Cinnamon, Oatmeal Crisp Almond, Oatmeal Crisp Raisin and Total Raisin Bran cereals.
