Sprint offers Web to students

Published on .

Sprint and kiosk developer North Communications are teaming up to offer Web access to students at California State University campuses. Students will be able to learn about the Internet and sign up for service via kiosks that North will place on campuses starting next month. The system, which bypasses the university's free but overburdened Internet connection, costs $12.50 per month for 165 hours of access.
