Sprint PCS, San Francisco, has kicked off its first national ad campaign, using a satiric tale of a man who goes into a town where the people's voices are broken up as though they were speaking through poor cell phone connections. Publicis & Hal Riney, San Francisco, handles the multimedia effort.
