Worldwide, Chicago, the media division of Leo Burnett
Co., has formed a new subsidiary to do media buying and planning for other agencies. Called StarLink, it will be run independently of Starcom and be headed by Bob Kubis, 48, formerly a VP-retail group account director at Foote, Cone & Belding, Chicago. Mr. Kubis, named president of StarLink, began his career as a media planner at Burnett in 1976. Ken Zasky, 34, who's been with Burnett/Starcom 13 years, will be VP-media director of StarLink. Bartle Bogle Hegarty
