STARCOM MEDIAVEST LINKS WITH SWEDISH MEDIA SHOP

(June 21, 2001) LONDON -- Starcom MediaVest Group, the media specialist network owned by Bcom3 Group, has linked with A-Com, a leading Swedish communications group, to form a jointly-owned development company to internationalize several companies within A-Com.

The two companies join forces in the Nordic region around A-Com's Sandberg Media Synergi, SMS Malmo and MediaTaktik.

The first result of the partnership between A-Com and SMG is a fast launch of Sandberg Starcom and Starcom MediaTaktik in all Nordic markets.

Founded in 1995, Sandberg Media Synergi aims to provide sophisticated and creative media solutions for advertisers in the Swedish and Nordic markets in an effort produce profitable results for advertisers.
