Worldwide and MediaVest
Worldwide are merging their Mexican media operations under the Starcom banner. The units of B Com3 Group comprise the second-largest media company in the market with annual billings of $350 million. Clients include Coca-Cola Co., Philips and Procter & Gamble Co. B Com3 has said it will merge media operations in smaller markets or those in which it would like to gain scale.
