(Dobedo.co.uk.), an entertainment chat site featuring cartoon characters, is a $3.2 million media planning and media buying account. The site, launched in Sweden and the U.K., is aimed at 16-to-26-year-olds.
The second account. valued at $1.6 million, is for Sportal, a global andindependent sports media organization. Antonio Silano, head of Starcom IP, the digital specialist arm of Starcom, says: "Starcom was selected on thebasis of our work with scrum.com demonstrating our integrated offline andonline expertise and experience in sports-related marketing. Sportal represents leading sports bodies and media groups, and we are looking forward to planning their future activity.''
