Howard Stringer, chairman-CEO of the Tele-TV Baby Bell consortium, chats on America Online on Sept. 21 at 8 p.m. (ET) in the Nynex area of The New York Times' site on AOL. Separately, AOL said it will issue an additional 3.5 million shares of stock to fund subscriber acquisition and marketing programs and network expansion.
