Sun-Times names editor

The Chicago Sun-Times on Monday named Nigel Wade, 49, as its editor in chief. Mr. Wade had been assistant editor and foreign affairs editor for the Daily Telegraph in London and a frequent consultant for the Sun-Times. Both newspapers are mostly owned by Conrad Black's Hollinger International.
