Sweden's Framfab acquires Denmark's Halbye, Kaag & Partners

STOCKHOLM--Swedish new-media and communications company Framfab has acquired Danish agency Halbye, Kaag & Partners, a specialist in dot-com business. The agency will be renamed Halbye, Kaag & Framfab. The move is part of Framfab's plans to develop a European-wide chain of Internet advertising agencies. Halbye, Kaag & Partners' client base includes TV2, Stimorol chewing gum, travel agency Spies, Anders & Co., tour operators Europaiske Rejseforsikring, vacuum cleaner marketer Nilfisk, and TholstrupCheese.
