Swiss town seeks Olympics

The Swiss town of Sion has appointed Heimann DMB&B, Geneva, to handle a TV and print campaign supporting its bid to host the Winter Olympic Games in 2002. Bozell Geneva and Saatchi Communications also pitched. The International Olympic Committee will meet June 16 to choose the site for the 2002 games. Others in the running are Quebec, Salt Lake City and Ostersund, Sweden.
