Syndication TV advertising sellers moved into high gear as a strong upfront market began last night. TV companies such as Warner Bros., Paramount Advertiser Sales and King World Media Sales have booked 50% to 70% of their inventory and are posting healthy 9% to 15% price increases for top-flight programming such as "Wheel of Fortune," "Jeopardy!" "Judge Judy," "Friends," "Frasier" and "Seinfeld."
