AT&T chief outlines plans

AT&T Corp. CEO C. Michael Armstrong outlined an aggressive marketing plan in remarks at the company's annual meeting, said analysts who attended. Suggestions included creating marketing alliances with some or all of the Baby Bells, changing the company's attitude toward dial-around services such as MCI Communication Corp.'s Telecom USA's 10-321 and possibly starting an AT&T dial-around.
