Taco Bell opens creative shootout

Taco Bell, Irvine, Calif., has invited an undisclosed number of shops to pitch the creative portion of its $200 million account. Bozell Worldwide has managed the account since mid-1994 out of its Costa Mesa, Calif., offices. The company said the review applies to creative only; Bozell retains media and field service responsibility.
