Little CaesarFCB Worldwide, Southfield, Mich., said it resigned its Little Caesar restaurant account citing a conflict with the Taco Bell assignment handled by FCB's Costa Mesa, Calif., office. The Little Caesar business was originally won by what was then the Southfield office of Bozell. The office was later renamed FCB and brought into the FCB network under a reorganization by True North Communications, parent of both FCB and Bozell. A spokeswoman for Little Caesar Enterprises said she was unaware of FCB's decision. Little Caesar moved from national advertising to regional advertising last year. Of the $21 million it spent in measured media in 1999, less than half was in national network TV, according to Competitive Media Reporting. In 1998, the pizza chain spent $30 million of its total $37 million budget in national network TV.
