Talk City kicks off $1 mil campaign, signs Live Picture deal

Online community Talk City is launching a $1 million ad campaign to promote its a new feature on its home page services. Talk City just signed a strategic partnership with Live Picture to use the software company's Web Photo Album technology, which simplifies posting photography online.

Talk City is breaking a prime-time TV campaign, which is an extension of the "A Better Place" campaign it broke in the spring, created by Markman & Tankersley, San Francisco. U.S. Web, Sausalito, Calif., creates Talk City's online banner campaigns.
