Turner Broadcasting System's Cartoon Network Latin America teamed with Argentine publisher Ediciones de la Urraca, Buenos Aires, to create La Revista de Cartoon Network (Cartoon Network Magazine). Some 40,000 copies of the 32-page title launched this month in Argentina, where the network is available in more than 2 million homes. The magazine includes puzzles, games, articles and programming information. Inaugural advertisers in the magazine, each of whom also advertise on the network, include Coca-Cola Co., Argentine confectioner Arcor and Nestle. A full-color page ad runs $4,000. Ad sales are being handled both by Ediciones and a TBS ad representative in Argentina.
