Tech company takes 15% stake in U.S. Interactive

Technology company Safeguard Scientifics, Wayne, Pa., took a 15% stake in U.S. Interactive, Malvern, Pa., an interactive agency and Web developer. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. U.S. Interactive has 200 employees and offices in Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, Seattle, and Washington, D.C.
