The U.S. Tennis Association has launched a new ad campaign promoting tennis by comparing it to other sports. Spending was estimated to be in excess of $1 million. The first spots, created by Grybauskas Beatrice, New York, began appearing last weekend and contrast the passion and challenges of tennis to pro baseball, basketball and football. The campaign also serves to tout the U.S. Open, which begins late next month.
