Texaco takes stake in Red Sky

Texaco, Houston, Texas, has taken a minority investment in Red Sky, a San Francisco-based Web developer. The investment follows Texaco signing up with Red Sky for a two-year contract for e-business consulting. Omnicom Group's Communicade division is also an investor in Red Sky, which has more than 500 employees and eight offices in the U.S. Red Sky's other clients include Miller Brewing Co. and PaineWebber.
