Thursday launch for McDonald's ads

McDonald's Corp.'s new image campaign from DDB Needham Worldwide, Chicago, breaks on prime-time network and cable TV Thursday, with buys on "Diagnosis Murder" on CBS; "Friends" and "ER" on NBC; and the baseball playoffs on Fox. Information on ABC network buys was not available. The initial flight includes five :30s with the tagline, "Did somebody say McDonald's?"
