Time Life, Alexandria, Va., has acquired 50% of Heartland Music and 100% of Music for Little People from Welk Direct Marketing, Santa Monica, Calif. Time Life said Heartland Music is a leader in the direct response marketing of country, gospel, nostalgia, easy listening and popular music genres. In addition, Heartland operates the largest mail order music catalog in the country.
