Under Ms. Conneally, TINM will have a single operating budget for Time Inc. New Media ventures, including Pathfinder, custom-publishing ventures and licensing deals. New-media ventures from Time Inc.'s magazines will now report to TINM. Under the reorganization, 100 new-media employees on staff outside TINM--which already boasts 100 employees of its own--will be managed under the company's single new media umbrella, Ms. Conneally said. TINM will be organized around five initiatives, which include audience-building for the Pathfinder Network; content syndication; niche product marketing; magazine brand development online, and online transactions.
