TIME WARNER CABLE INKS THIRD DEAL WITH HIGH-SPEED ISP

(May 8, 2001) -- Internet service provider High Speed Access Corp., Littleton, Colo., has entered an agreement to provide high-speed Internet access over AOL Time Warner's cable systems. Both companies can market the service independently.

The deal, subject to FTC approval, is the third national ISP agreement reached by Time Warner Cable, which has deals with Earthlink and Juno. High Speed Access' first market launch is expected in the second half of the year. -- Adrienne Mand
