Tobacco, alcohol Web sites hit

The Council for Media Education accused alcohol marketers of targeting many of their Web pages at underage drinkers. The group called for an investigation by the Federal Trade Commission and for congressional hearings on the alcohol sites and also contended that cigar makers' Web sites violate the federal ban on the broadcast advertising of tobacco products.
