For the second year in a row, Mattel's Barbie is the best-selling toy, according to a 1996 retailer survey by Playthings magazine. Its list of top ten toys: 1. Barbie (Mattel) 2. Star Wars (Hasbro Toy Group) 3. Nintendo 64 (Nintendo) 4. Baby Go Bye Bye (Hasbro Toy Group) 5. Batman (Hasbro Toy Group) 6. Saturn (Sega) 7. Tickle Me Elmo (Tyco) 8. Beanie Babies (Ty, Inc.) 9.
