Toshiba America Information Systems' Computer Systems Division launches a new tagline, "Always Lead," in a $10 million-plus print and radio campaign. The opening ad will run June 3 in The Wall Street Journal for a revamped line of its No. 1 selling notebook PCs, including an innovative two-pound "mini-notebook." Ads will run through yearend in business and computer publications, supported by a 12-week national and spot market radio campaign starting this week. Poppe Tyson, Los Angeles, created the campaign.
