Toy marketer Learning Curve picks Rubin Postaer

Learning Curve International, a developmental toy marketer, selected Rubin Postaer & Associates, Chicago, to handle its creative and media account following a review. The agency bested two other undisclosed shops for the account, which billings are yet to be determined. This summer the marketer will breakits first national advertising campaign for its Lamaze Infant Development playthings.
