RIO DE JANEIRO -- Japanese car maker Toyota has driven its estimated $4 million advertising business in Brazil into Fischer America, Sao Paulo.

The reasons for Toyota ending its four-year relationship with F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi are believed to include commercial differences between the Saatchi office in Brazil and Hakuhodo, which handles the business in Asia. Fischer has an unspecified commercial agreement with Hakuhodo.

Toyota plans to invest $300 million in Brazil in the next two years.
