TradeOut.com opens agency search

Fresh off a $22 million cash infusion, TradeOut.com is believed to be contacting agencies. The 5-month-old company, which runs an online marketplace for surplus office material, plans to spend $10 million to $15 million promoting itself. EBay, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and others took an equity stake in the company last month; TradeOut.com denied its account is in review.
