The Trip.com inks deals with AltaVista, Business Week

TheTrip.com inked a five-year, $15 million deal with Digital Equipment Corp.'s AltaVista. The deal, announced April 6, dictates that TheTrip.com will become the exclusive travel service and content provider to AltaVista.

TheTrip.com also signed a deal to be the exclusive provider of travel services on Business Week's Web site and DeafAmerica.net. And through a partnership with Canadian media company Hollinger Digital, The Trip.com will provide travel services and content to Canada.com.
