Published on .

Freelinq Communications will launch a free, advertiser-supported video-on-demand service at Trump Organization buildings in New York City. Freelinq's system includes prompts and responses to gather information about the viewers, then pushes tailored advertising spots to the user. Viewers watch two 30-second ads before selecting a video out of 600 hours of rotating stock.
