Time Warner's Turner Broadcasting System, Atlanta, and Time Inc., New York, are teaming with Advance Publications to create a new TV network and Web site targeted to women. The network and Web site will launch early next year. Pat Mitchell, president of CNN Productions and Time Inc. Television, will helm the new TV service. The partnership will draw on the resources of Turner's TV and online programming, Time Inc.'s demographic breadth and editorial resources, and the magazines and online sites covering beauty, fashion, entertaining, food and parenting from Advance unit Conde Nast Publications.
