TV game company buys start-up stake

Game show producer Pearson Television, New York, is taking a 10.9% stake in E-Pub, New York, owner of the online game show site Uproar. Pearson and Uproar will create online game shows for several of Pearson's programs, which include ``Family Feud,'' ``Password,'' and ``Match Game.'' Pearson will promote Uproar's siteand its online shows through its syndicated programs.
