U.S. Interactive appoints new CEO

New York-based U.S. Interactive, an international Internet services company, has named Stephen Zarrilli CEO of the firm. Mr. Zarilli, 37, formerly the firm's chief financial and administrative officer, succeeds Larry W. Smith. Mr. Smith resigned March 1 but remains a shareholder and still will serve on the company's board of directors. Prior to joining U.S. Interactive in January 1995, Mr. Zarrilli spent 11 years at Deloitte & Touche.
