U.S. Satellite names O&M

United States Satellite Broadcasting named Ogilvy & Mather, New York, to handle what it said will be a $30 million account. The satellite broadcaster had previously used Bozell Worldwide/Minneapolis. Bozell's Chicago office will retain public relations while Mammoth Marketing will do trade ads.
