U S West Interactive review down to 3

U S West Interactive Services has narrowed the review for its estimated $5 million to $10 million account to Kirshenbaum, Bond & Partners and Bozell's I-Mark, both New York; and CKS Partners, San Francisco. Rubin Postaer & Associates, Santa Monica, Calif., handled previously on a project basis. U S West is expected to make a decision within the next two weeks. The agency will create advertising for new local information services to be launched within the month on the Internet.
