United Airlines is revamping its economy class meals and will trumpet them as part of its new mid-May campaign from Fallon
McElligott, Minneapolis. Passengers will be served "interesting but familiar" regional cuisines, such as Kansas City BBQ brisket and Rustic Tarragon Chicken in Repose, from Seattle. The move is thew result of of six principles the airline has developed in its upcoming Customer Satisfaction Philosophy.
