Universal Studios Theme Parks has narrowed the creative review on its $20 million account to a list including Foote, Cone & Belding, Los Angeles; J. Walter Thompson, San Francisco; TBWA Chiat/Day, Venice, Calif.; and possibly Saatchi & Saatchi/Pacific, Torrance, Calif.
