UPN to air Disney kids' fare in fall '99

Buena Vista TV and UPN finally reached agreement late last week for 2 hours of kids programming from Walt Disney Co. to air on UPN six days a week beginning in fall '99. Part of the deal includes advertising time for Kellogg Co., in a deal brokered by Starcom Media Services, Chicago, a division of Leo Burnett Co.
