USPS launches corporate campaign

Published on .

U.S. Postal Service tonight launches its first corporate positioning advertising with the theme, "If I ran the Post Office." While the Postal Service has run stamp campaigns and campaigns for individual services, the new two-month campaign is the first in several years that covers the entire USPS. Network TV spots from Y&R Advertising, New York, discuss the amount of mail moved, with one comparing the amount to that moved by competitors. Spending was not disclosed.
