Phillips Van Heusen, New York, is seeking an agency to replace TBWA/Chiat/Day
for its Van Heusen, Gant, Bass and Izod apparel brands. "We're seeing a number of agencies," but there is no timetable yet for a decision, said Henry Justus, VP-director of advertising. The 1999 ad budget hasn't been determined yet. Phillips and TBWA
split at yearend by mutual agreement, Mr. Justus said. The review is being carried out in-house.
