Verizon Communications canceled the regional review for its $40 million Wireless Northwest account. The move is part of a larger consolidation plan that will leave Verizon with only four regions nationwide instead of seven, sources said. The finalists had been incumbent Interpublic Group of Cos.' Campbell Mithun, Minneapolis; Barkely Evergreen & Partners, Kansas City, Mo.; and GMO/ Hill Holiday, San Francisco.
